Special instructions This week we will continue to practice yoga breathing (pranayama) and will spend time focusing on creating more strength and flexibility in the shoulders.
There will be a vegetarian potluck following yoga, so please bring a dish to share. |

The Good Yoga is a great form of exercise. It will help your body become stronger and more flexible. It can also help you quiet the mind allowing for better focus and stress relief. |

Notes This class is tailored to suit people at all skill levels... so if you've never done yoga before, this is a great environment to learn in. It will be taught by Lisetteananda :)
Bring a yoga mat (or large towel), water, and vegetarian dish to share. Wear loose clothing.
