Special instructions This hike is about 1.5 hours east of Burbank.
We will be doing potluck at a friends house out there (in the Redlands). Bring potluck food, microwave, fridge, freezer, and oven are all available. Also bring a picnic blanket if you have one to spare, as we'll probably eat out in the backyard after the hike.
If you would like to carpool, meet at the Ranch at 9:00 a.m.
If you don't know where the Ranch is, send the moderator an Email.

Where This hike is the farthest east we have gone. Go past Pasadena, past Rancho Cucamonga, past Loma Linda, past the sign that says "B.F.E." and the big barn that says "Boondocks," you are now in the Redlands, (also known as the Valley of the Dirt people). Have you seen the movies "The Hills have Eyes?" |
|
Notes The hike starts from a nice neighborhood. Parking may be a challenge on Sunday, so you may have to park around the block.
We will meet in front of the blue Victorian house (see picture on Trail Details).
