Notes Taylor Mountain offers an extensive network of gentle to moderate trails. The Holder Ridge trail traverses a clearcut area on the west end of the park, offering dramatic views of Mount Rainier. Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots are appropriate. Brush is minimal, so short pants can be worn. The trail has ample exposure, making a sun hat and sunscreen important on clear days. |
